All Year (September – August)
Come join us for this self-paced strength competition! Each participant is in charge of tracking and recording how much weight they lift through the Fitness Center front desk staff. Everyone who completes the goal will receive a T-Shirt.
Eligibility: Open to military members, DOD civilians, and their dependents; age restrictions apply IAWAFI34-266. Participants 13-15 years old need to be supervised by their parents/legal guardian.

In order to get your picture on the wall in the fitness center participants
must complete a series of lifts which include deadlift, squat and bench-press. They will have 3 attempts for each lift, the third lift being the final and the score that is recorded. All three of these lifts will need to meet the minimum score (500 lbs for females, 1000 lbs for males). There are only 12 spots so your picture may get knocked down! A staff member MUST be present to verify each lift is done correctly.
Fitness Wall of Fame
Participants who score 100% on their FA (without any exemptions), MUST provide the front desk with a copy of the official Fitness Assessment score sheet; and we will add their names to the bulletin board. Names will remain on the board for a year or until participants take the FA again.
To register for any of these events, stop by the Fitness Center front desk and fill out your incentive program score card; don’t forget to log your points everyday!
After Hours Access

This program will allow you access to the fitness center after hours and is intended to provide airman who are unable to use the facility during normal operating hours an opportunity to maintain their fitness standards and goals. Open to Active, Guard, Reserve, DoD Civilians and their dependents over the age of 18.
