ODR Rentals

Did you know that Outdoor Rec has over 125 different equipment items available for rent?

Outdoor Recreation offers a wide range of recreational equipment to all active duty military, retired military, reservists, civilian employees and family members.
Camping equipment, sporting equipment, outdoor games, home and garden, bicycles, party and other recreational supplies are available for rent.

Summer reservations are available 60 days in advance. Winter Rentals Available now through end of snow and ice!

Reservation Policy

Rental fee is due at time of reservation.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made at least two business days prior to reservation date to
receive a refund. Any cancellations made after two business days will forfeit a refund.

Check in Policy

Equipment will be properly checked in by user. Equipment left unattended and not properly checked in will be charged an additional 1 day’s rental rate.
Items may be checked out from 1 to 4:30 pm and returned before noon on
due date. Items returned after this time will incur an additional daily rate.

Cleaning Fee

Customer is responsible for returning equipment clean and ready for rent. A minimum cleaning fee of $50 will be charged per rental for equipment returned dirty.

Repair / Replacement Fee:

Equipment will be inspected before and after rental, any undocumented damage will be assessed a repair or replacement fee at time of check in.

Loading / Unloading equipment:

It is the responsibility of the renter to secure enough people to load and unload their equipment. Additional ODR staff may assist if available. Due to the size and weight of inflatables such as rafts and bouncers ODR requires 2 or more able bodied individuals to help load. ODR staff are only allowed to assist loading equipment in open bed trucks and trailers, or approved rooftop racks.
