Cancellation Policy:ODR will retain the following fees for changes or cancellations:
ODR will retain all non-refundable deposits (hotel rooms, lift tickets, rentals etc.). Refunds may be issued when a medical emergency or military TDY/PCS orders prohibit participation. A signed doctor’s note or signed orders must be presented to receive a refund in these cases. Participants that are “on-call” and miss the trip will not be refunded. |
High-Risk Activities Notice:A High-Risk Activities Worksheet (AF 4391) is required to participate in ANY high-risk activity for ALL Active Duty Personnel. It is required to be completed by Active Duty Personnel before they participate in most of our Outdoor Rec Adventure Programs. This responsibility lies solely on the Active Duty participant. Do you have a special outdoor skill to share? Outdoor Recreation is actively seeking instructors for a wide array of exciting outdoor activities. Whether you’re a seasoned expert in fishing, hunting, game calling, waterfowl and upland bird hunting, or you possess in-depth knowledge of gold panning, sapphire mining, rock collecting, geocaching, rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, photography, rafting, or any other outdoor pursuit, we’d love to hear from you!
