The Military Personnel Section (MPS) is comprised on a 32 member team and provides human resource services to 3.5K military and 13.5K civilian, retirees, and dependents. It supports and advises 37 commanders and wing staff agencies on a myriad of personnel issues including Personnel Reliability Program, promotions, awards and decorations, performance reports, ID card issuance, assignments, retirements and separations. This team’s frequent selection as best MPS in Command and Air Force is a testament to their world-class service.

Manpower and Organization Section

The Manpower and Organization Section provides the 341st Missile Wing with professional, accurate and timely consultation on management innovation and resource management. The Manpower and Organization Section is the focal point for Unit Manpower Documents, Organization Charts and the Airman Powered by Innovation Program.

The Civilian Personnel Section (CPS) is the wing’s strategic advisor for civilian personnel policies and programs. It administers appointing and associated authorities on behalf of the Wing Commander and advises 37 commanders, agency chiefs, and supervisors on a full range of human resource management functions. The Labor Relations Officer serves as the Wing Commander’s representative with the local labor organization as chief negotiator, impact and implementation bargaining, and full contract negotiations.
