1. What if I’m coming to Malmstrom on official business “TDY” do I need to make a reservation?
Yes-As soon as you know the dates of your TDY you can call our reservation line DSN 632-3394 or commercial line (406)-727-8600 to make your reservation.
2. What is your Space Availability Policy?
Space available reservations are taken up to 3-days in advance of your requested arrival based upon occupancy. Because availability is seasonal, some periods of the year; reservations are accepted up to 120 days in advance. Please call the front desk at DSN 632-3394 or commercial (406)-727-8600
3. What are your room rates?
Visiting Quarters – $77.00
Temporary Lodging Facilities – $82.00
Pet Friendly TLFs – $92.00
Distinguished Visitor Suites – $94.00
4. What if I’m going to check in late?
Guests, who will be arriving after 1800, must guarantee their reservations with a valid credit card. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure a valid credit card is given to hold the room after 1800. At 1800, the front desk will cancel all reservations not held with credit cards.
5. How do I pay for my lodging?
All lodging guest must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in. Payment is made at check-in in the form of card, cash or check. All space A travelers must pay at check-in regardless of the type of payment being used.
6. I’m PCSing, do you have pet friendly units?
Yes, we do have pet units, but they do fill up quickly. You want to make your reservation as soon as possible when traveling with pets. Shot records are required at check-in.
