The Glacier National Park is a one million acre park in Montana’s Rocky Mountains running along the Canadian border. Among the wilderness, there is more than 700 miles of hiking trails, cycling trails and camping areas since the park was established on May 11, 1910. There are 131 named lakes, 631 unnamed lakes, totaling 762 lakes altogether. Over the 1,583 square miles, there are 175 mountains and 26 glaciers that encompass the park.
Instructions: a cumulative distance of 1,583 miles must be biked within 12 months beginning June 1, 2018. The participant’s progress will be annotated by app or verified by front desk staff. There is no limit on the distance biked per day.
