Teens who are interested in the Youth of the Year (YOY) program and contest are encouraged to attend Monday afternoons to gain skills in the areas of public speaking, writing, community services and more.
Program goals include preparing teens who are interested in becoming the Youth of the Year and mentoring the JR. YOY program.
