Wellness Wednesday: Thriving During Transition

This presentation will review common transition struggles that active duty and family members experience. Attendees will learn to will learn ways to communicate, manage stress and cope during this hectic time. We will explore the effects of transitioning, practice ways to plan for your transition and look at resources to help you navigate a smooth transition. This presentation is presented by the MFLC.
