Join us at the Grizzly Bend for a chance to learn how to make sourdough bread from a professional baker! In class, you’ll get to mix and take home your own dough, learn stretch and folds, fermentation, shaping, and baking, feed and learn how to maintain a sourdough starter, and receive a handout with instructions for baking at home! Not only do you get to learn and practice all the skills, you’ll also receive the supplies and get to munch on freshly made loaves and other snacks! Each attendee will also be entered to win a Le Creuset Dutch oven.
