Friday, September 29 | 7 am | 9 am | 1 pm | 3 pm
Four-man team competition. The Fitness Center staff and volunteers develop grueling work outs that require teamwork, mental, and physical toughness. The workouts are never the same and range from burning calories on an assault bike, carrying a kettle bell around the entire track multiple times to doing plate pushes up and down the field. Teams compete against one another for the strongest performance.
