Clearwater River Canoe Trail

The Clearwater River Canoe Trail begins just upriver of Seeley Lake. The slow-moving river meanders 4 miles and should take about 2 hours at a leisurely pace.
We could see beaver, deer, moose, pileated woodpeckers, loons and much more before exiting the river into Seeley Lake. Afterward, a short 1.5 – mile hike will take us back to the trailhead while you look over the area you covered on water.
Mileage: 4 miles paddling, 1.5 – mile optional hike
Time on Water: 3 Hours
Time on Trail: 45 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Cost: $45
