The Fitness Center will begin hosting High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Courses for the month of October. Brought to you by Mrs. Kasey Haedge free of charge.
If you are interested in a 30-45 minute group exercise class in SPIN and Tactical Strength Training (TST), the Fitness Center is now the place to be.
SPIN: Riders will enjoy an authentic cycling format as they bring the road indoors. Making this a powerful athletic experience.
TST: Your body will benefit through strength, endurance, cardio, core and agility training.
These classes are great for all levels.
October 3 @ 9 am – SPIN
October 10 @ 9 am – TST
October 17 @ 9 am – SPIN
October 24 @ 9 am – TST
October 31 @ 9 am – SPIN
