In preparation for the Half-Marathon in July, we will be offering a 5k run. The starting point for the run will be the parking lot by building 3080. All participants will need to be in place by 9:45 am.

It’s time to get rid of the extra pounds and get fit! Sign-up at the Fitness Center NOW! Competition starts May 21. Teams need to be signed up no later than May 31. The results will be announced at the base picnic in August.

The Fitness Center will be conducting a soccer tournament for those who like soccer. This will take place at the soccer field behind the museum, weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather, the games will be played in the lower gym indoor soccer field. All attendees must show up at 9:30 am. Water will be provided.

Every month customers will have the opportunity to participate in a month-long fitness challenge. Each person will log their mileage/points at the front desk and whoever accumulates the most mileage/points for the month wins a gift certificate. Details at Fitness Center.

13 - 15 years of age
All cardiovascular and weight equipment, group exercise rooms:
Require interactive supervision* from an adult (parent, legal guardian, qualified fitness or youth program staff member, or coach) at all times.
**Other activity areas (basketball court, racquetball courts, running track): Parent or legal guardian must be in facility.
6 – 12 years of age
All cardiovascular and weight equipment, group exercise rooms: Access to these areas prohibited.
*** Other activity areas (basketball court, racquetball courts, running track): Requires interactive supervision from an adult at all times.
Under 6 years of age
Not allowed in facility with the exception of those facilities providing a parent/child area (PCA) for supervised play and/or those children who are supervised spectators in a sports or special event.
