About FitFactor
Fall is a great time to Get Up, Get Out, and Get Fit! FitFactor encourages physical activity, healthy eating selections, and rewards youth between the ages of 9-18 for their efforts.
Being healthy and fit puts youth in touch with their bodies, increases self-esteem and helps establish the desire to set personal goals. FitFactor is an exciting web based program that rewards youth for being active and making healthy choices everyday. There are 5 exciting levels for youth to complete and youth receive great prizes as they complete each level.
This program is open to YP members only and is FREE. Just stop by with a parent or guardian to register. Call James Muscle at Youth Programs at 731-4634 for more information.
The goals of the Fit Factor program is to encourage healthy choices and teach youth to value their lives. Being healthy and fit will put youth in touch with their bodies, increase their self esteem and help them establish the desire to set personal goals. The most important aspect of any exercise program is that it be fun. Fit Factor is an exciting web based program that will reward youth for being active and making healthy choices everyday.

Youth Programs Hours
Fall
Monday - Thursday: 3 to 7 pm
Friday: 3 to 11 pm
Saturday: Noon to 5 pm
Sunday, Holidays and AFGSC Family Days: Closed
The Youth Center will be closed Sept. 3 for the AFGSC Family Day and Sept. 6 in honor of Labor Day.
*Note: AFI 34-249: Participants in Open Recreation must be 9 years or older. A parent or sibling over 16 years old must accompany youth, ages 6 - 8.
